ORDERING INFORMATION:

Make checks and money orders (we prefer postal money orders) payable
to: "Altoona Exchange" or "The Altoona Exchange Co." We do not
accept credit cards. Cash may be sent if it is sent insured.

A Minimum Order of at least $10.00 is required (excluding postage).

Note that a FREE SAMPLE will be sent with your order.

POSTAGE: We regulate the amount of postage that should be added to
cover orders by the value of the order. Up to $25.00, add $3.00 for postage.
$26.00 to $50.00, add $5.00 for postage. $51.00 to $100.00, add $8.00 for
postage. Over $100.00, add $10.00 for postage.

INSURANCE: For insurance, add $1.00 more to postage.

TAX: Wisconsin residents only, add 5% sales tax.
